Shipping and returns

The shipment of your package. Packages are generally dispatched within few days of receipt of payment and are shipped via TNT or Chrono Express. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
